My absolute favorite part of a custom branding project is getting to design patterns and textures. Not only are these fun little personality injections for your brand, they make you stand out from the sea of competitors while creating brand recognition for your audience.
Real examples / How to use your patterns & textures in your marketing
Website
You can use your brand patterns and textures on your website as interesting focal points and a way to break up sections. Check out how we used both a purple and a pink brand texture for Chelsea on Better Planning’s website as a section background and a section break.

Social Media
You can make your social media graphics recognizable and unique with adding the flair of your patterns. Check out this example, again, from Chelsea from Better Planning. We created these Instagram graphics for Chelsea to include her patterns in backgrounds when applicable and behind images to give some subtle flair.

Client Materials
You can utilize your brand patterns and textures in client materials like your freebies, your onboarding guides, your purchasable client documents, etc. Below is an example from a freebie download that our client, Brighter Being Wellness offers. We added the pattern behind the headers on each page of the PDF guide. *White box covering content to protect client’s materials.*

Printed Materials
Whether you’re printing business cards, signage or handouts, it’s the perfect place to let your branding shine. Here’s a mailer insert card that our client, Eventive Designs, sends out to her clients after they book with her.

If you’re stressed out about creating your graphics, I’m here to help! While I, of course, offer custom branding design and website design services, I also design marketing collateral. Inquire here for more info and to hop on a free info call with me.
