How far in advance should I reach out/how long will my project take to finish?
I recommend reaching out about 3-4 months before you’d like to launch your new brand and website! I can typically begin projects within 3-4 weeks of our complimentary consultation. Brand design projects are delivered within 4-6 weeks of our kickoff call, while brand & website combination projects take about 12 weeks.

What platform will my website be built on?
I design custom websites on Showit, Squarespace, and Wix, depending on what best fits your needs. During our consultation, I’ll recommend the best platform based on your business, functionality requirements, and how hands-on you want to be with updates. No matter which platform we choose, your site will be easy to manage, beautifully designed, and built to support your growth.
Will you teach me how to use my new website/what do I do about website updates?
Every website design project includes a custom video walkthrough of your site to help you make small changes and edits, and 2 weeks of tech support after launch. I’m also always happy to come back for new pages, changes, and other updates, and love reconnecting with clients as their businesses grow!
